PRODUCT LEADERSHIP · UI/UX · FRONTEND

I lead product decisions,
shape the experience,
and stay close through release.

My recent work spans product strategy, UX, design direction, and frontend UI. I stay involved from the first requirements through working prototypes, pull requests, testing, and release.

01 / SELECTED WORK

Three zero-to-one products.
Different kinds of ownership.

I’ve been involved from the beginning on all three. Each case study shows the decisions I made, the interfaces that shipped, and where the wider team’s work begins.

02 / HOW I WORK

I shape the roadmap.
Then I stay with the work.

A roadmap gives the team direction, but the work does not end there. I stay involved as decisions become requirements, flows, working UI, pull requests, and the details that determine whether a release holds together.

01

Frame the real decision

Clarify who needs what, the outcome we need, and the constraints that should shape the solution.

02

Make the flow concrete

Turn requirements into flows and working prototypes so the interaction can be tried, not just discussed.

03

Work in the product

Build frontend UI where I can help, open pull requests, and review the implementation with engineering.

04

Test beyond the happy path

Use the working product and check responsive layouts, interaction states, and the details that are easy to miss.

03 / THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

Product judgment
built over time.

Before my recent zero-to-one work, I spent years on financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and native mobile products. Those roles taught me how to handle complicated workflows, translate between teams, and follow decisions through delivery.
