ABOUT / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

My background is in product.
I also like building things.

I’m most interested in work where I can help determine what a product should do and stay involved while it’s being built.

10+

years working on digital products,
including enterprise and mobile apps.

How my work
has changed.

I’ve worked on financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and mobile apps. More recently, at PocketPull and Longwood Labs, I’ve been building products around crypto, collectibles, and gaming.

PocketPull, DeFi Dungeons, and PetTopia were all zero-to-one builds that I’ve been part of from the beginning. At PocketPull, I own product and design and submit frontend changes through pull requests. At Longwood Labs, I created DeFi Dungeons with the team. With PetTopia, I took on the whole job myself, from the initial idea through launch, maintenance, and marketing.

For visual design and frontend development, I use AI to explore concepts and help write code. I define the flows and interactions, refine the designs, and check the result in the working product.

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

A few things
I try to do well.

Ask what needs solving.

Before committing to a feature, I want to know who needs it, what they’re trying to do, and what constraints we’re working within.

Try it in the product.

I like working prototypes because I can try the scrolling, interactions, and layouts instead of imagining them from a static screen.

Follow through on the details.

I stay involved in testing and iteration, including the less exciting parts: loading states, error messages, and layouts that don’t quite hold up.
